Pain Points

Problems This Service Solves

No Clear CRM Strategy

Organizations buy Creatio licenses without a clear roadmap. Six months later, they have a data dump with no workflows, no governance and no user adoption.

License Waste & Over-Configuration

Teams purchase more capacity than needed or configure every bell and whistle while missing core processes. Budget bleeds while value stays flat.

Process-Platform Mismatch

The CRM is built around the platform's defaults, not the company's actual workflows. Users create workarounds outside the system within weeks.

No Governance Framework

Multiple admins making conflicting changes. No documentation. No change control. The system becomes a Frankenstein that no one fully understands.

Process

How It Works

01

Discovery & Stakeholder Alignment

I spend the first 2-3 weeks interviewing stakeholders across every department that touches the CRM. I map current processes, document pain points and identify quick wins vs. long-term structural changes.

02

Architecture Design

I design the Creatio object model, workflow architecture, integration points and data flow. This is where the blueprint becomes concrete — every section traceable back to a business requirement.

03

Governance & Roadmap

I define who owns what, how changes get approved, and the phased rollout sequence. Governance prevents the system from degrading after go-live.

04

Handoff & Development Oversight

I work alongside your development team (internal or SI) during build, reviewing configurations against the blueprint and course-correcting where reality diverges from plan.

FAQs

Common Questions

How long does a Creatio strategy engagement typically take?

Most discovery and architecture engagements run 4-8 weeks depending on organizational complexity. A single-department CRM might be 3 weeks; a multi-country, multi-division enterprise engagement could be 10-12 weeks.

Do I need to already have Creatio licenses?

No. In fact, I prefer to be involved before license purchase so I can right-size the edition, module mix and user count based on actual requirements rather than vendor recommendations.

Can you work with my existing implementation partner?

Absolutely. I often work alongside SI partners as the client-side architecture and requirements lead, ensuring the partner delivers what the business actually needs rather than what is easiest to configure.

What if we have Salesforce or Dynamics and are considering Creatio?

Migration assessments are part of my scope. I evaluate the current platform's gaps, map data and process equivalents in Creatio, and build a migration roadmap with risk mitigation.

Do you provide ongoing governance after the initial strategy?

Yes, through managed services or quarterly architecture reviews. Governance is not a one-time deliverable — it needs to evolve as the business and platform grow.
